Registered with the Khadi & Village Industries Commission (KVIC), Government of India, under the Khadi Mark Regulations. Reg. No. KVIC/C/KMC/HNR/1068.
Production
Hand-spun yarn, handwoven on pit and frame looms by artisan clusters in Haryana. Cotton, polyvastra, silk and wool.
Minimum order
Fabric from 50 metres per design. Garments from 30 pieces per style, mixed sizes. Home furnishing from 20 pieces per design.
Sampling
Swatch kit and single-piece samples dispatched in 3 to 5 working days. Sample cost adjusted against the first bulk order.
Lead time
In-stock designs ship in 7 to 10 days. Made-to-order fabric in 4 to 6 weeks, garments in 5 to 7 weeks, depending on quantity.
Customisation
Custom colours and dyeing on RFD base, yarn count and width options, private labelling, custom size specs, hang tags and packing.
Payment and tax
GST invoicing for Indian buyers. 50% advance, balance before dispatch. Export orders on advance TT or LC.
Shipping
Pan-India surface and air freight. Export packing with commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin on request.

Questions buyers ask first

Can I see the products before ordering?

Yes. Request the catalogue and a swatch kit. For garments we send single pieces of the styles you shortlist. Sample charges are adjusted against your first bulk order.

Is the khadi genuinely hand-spun and handwoven?

Yes. Khadi Sadan is registered with KVIC under the Khadi Mark Regulations, and our fabric carries the Khadi Mark. We can share the registration on request.

Do you offer private labelling?

Yes. We attach your brand labels, hang tags and packing for garments and home furnishing, and can supply fabric with your own selvedge marking on larger runs.

Can I get custom colours or my own designs?

Yes. We dye to your shade on RFD khadi base, and weave custom checks, stripes and counts for made-to-order quantities. Development samples are shared before bulk.

Do you export?

Yes. We ship worldwide with commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Freight can be arranged by us or your forwarder.

Can I buy from your online store instead?

The online store is for retail customers at retail prices. B2B buyers get a separate catalogue with wholesale pricing and larger pack sizes, so please enquire through this page.
