Heritage & Craft
Medallion. Dash. Dot. Shibori Grid on Slate.
The top combines two resist-dye traditions in one fabric — circular shibori binding creates the large scalloped medallions with starburst centres, while wax or block resist produces the vertical dash-mark columns and dot sequences separating each medallion cell. The cloud tie-dye bleed throughout the slate ground is the natural consequence of partial dye penetration — organic and unrepeatable.
The bottom takes a single motif approach — large scattered concentric double-ring circles on the same cloud-textured grey, generous in scale and bold in the negative space.
The Making
Two Resist Techniques. One Slate Ground.
The top uses shibori circular binding for the medallions and wax/block resist for the dash-dot columns — two techniques applied on the same fabric before a single dye bath.
Small circles of fabric are tightly bound at the centre before dyeing — creating the large scalloped medallion form with a starburst centre after the binding is removed, the bound point resisting dye at the asterisk core.
Vertical columns of short dash marks and dot circles are applied in wax between the medallion positions — structuring the grid and adding linear rhythm to the organic circular shibori pattern.
The fully bound and waxed fabric is submerged in slate blue-grey dye — the tied and waxed areas resist, the exposed ground takes the colour with natural cloud variation from partial penetration.
Large double-ring concentric circles are resist-bound and dyed separately on the bottom fabric — then all pieces are rinsed, wax-removed and heat-set to fix the slate and ivory pattern.

Wear It Your Way
Cool Slate. Ivory Detail. Quiet Confidence.
Slate grey and ivory is a pairing that works for every occasion — sophisticated enough for formal ethnic events, relaxed enough for everyday contemporary wear. The medallion top carries graphic density without colour weight; the concentric circle bottom is calm and spacious.
Perfect for contemporary ethnic, office-to-evening and smart casual styling. Unstitched — tailored to your exact fit.

The Dupatta
Circles Above. Every Motif Below.
The body carries the same cloud-textured slate with scattered concentric double-ring circles as the bottom fabric. Then the border brings the complete set together: a geometric butterfly and arrow motif band matching the top's hem border, a compressed band of the full medallion-dash-dot pattern from the top body in miniature rows, then the butterfly band again — every element of the three-piece set resolved into one finishing sequence.

Wash & Care
Keep the Slate Cool. Keep the Ivory Bright.
- Hand wash separately in cold water with mild detergent.
- Do not soak or scrub printed areas. No bleach or harsh chemicals.
- Dry in shade — sunlight fades slate and dulls the ivory resist pattern.
- Iron on low heat from reverse side only. Do not wring harshly.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
